The Honda EX5500 features a liquid cooled commercial engine running at 3600 RPMs. This Honda generator comes with a heavier weight, coming in at 393 lbs. as well as a heavier price tag at MSRP $4508.95, which is more than twice the cost of the Honda EU3000is. The wheel kit definitely is a plus for making this generator portable. The upside is the 65 db sound output and longer running time. A good generator for bigger portable power needs but with a high price.
