A small section of northern Kentucky is the only part of the state that is not as efficient for providing flat-plate solar collectors with power.
The rest of the state provides good power for flat-plate collectors. However, for concentrating solar collectors, Kentucky is not a good resource and provides
below average power throughout the state.
