Minnesota's solar resource provides decent power on the eastern side of the state and good power on the western side of the state using flat-plate
collectors. For concentrating collectors, Minnesota is not a good resource as only a slight section of the western part of the state provides decent energy. Flat-plate
collectors are definitely a better choice in Minnesota.
