The offshore wind directory consists of listings of several countries and the wind farms already setup in these locations. Projects that are still in the planning stages are not included because of all the red tape that has to be crossed in order to actually start. The listings contain sections on each country with listings of completed and in-development offshore wind farms and offer statistics on each project. The information is designed for consumers and is not highly detailed or technical but more information is provided by the actually developers whose websites can be found in the listings. |
