E.ON UK Renewables finished development of Scroby Sands offshore wind farm in 2004 as one of the UK first commercial projects. The wind farm consists of 30 Vestas 2 MW wind turbines with an overall capacity of 60 MW. Scroby Sands is located east of Great Yarmouth, Norfolk and provides approximately 34,000 homes with energy.
